At Lxz Art, we want you to feel confident when ordering our posters and custom wall art.

Return Eligibility
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the product is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, we will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Custom Orders
Custom portrait posters and personalized artwork are made specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact.

Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
