Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund. Customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, order details, and a description of the issue. For defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, the seller covers return shipping or provides a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
